 Wahoo, NE I Believe, I BELONG... I believe... in belonging to the Nebraska Soybean Association (NSA) because it gives farmers a united voice on policy issues both here in Lincoln and in DC. We need to be certain that we have fair policy to protect our farms for the next generation, like my son Dalton who hopes to someday farm. I believe we need to unite as fellow producers to protect our interests from attacks and radical groups that at times say we are harming the soil and air. We are the same people that raise our families and eat the same foods as they do. I Believe in becoming a member of an organization that represents my businesses interest. By becoming a member of the Nebraska and American Soybean Association, I know that while I am working in the fields I have an organization monitoring issues on my behalf in Washington DC that could ultimately affect my bottom line. Membership has never been more important than now. With issues like environmental regulations, animal rights initiatives and a new Farm Bill, soybean producers need organizations like NSA and ASA working for us.  Prague, NE I Believe, I BELONG... I believe...membership in the Nebraska Soybean Association gives me and my fellow producers a stronger voice in the halls of government than any individual. The NSA and the ASA work hard to continually develop new markets for our soybeans. I believe...it is our responsiblity to assure government programs are there to protect producers and not burden them with overreachng regulations. I believe...we need to have a united front defending and protecting animal agriculture from HSUS and other radical groups that wish to destroy our way of life. We need to show that we provide a safe, healthy product that is produced in a humane and care manner.
